A: Standard sizes: 500kg–1 ton per item. Custom sizes / special alloys: negotiable, sample orders welcome.
Q: Can I get samples before bulk order?
A: Yes. Free sample pieces (100–300mm length) available for stock items; freight collect.
Q: How long is the lead time?
A: Stock items: 3–7 days. Custom production: 15–30 days depending on quantity and alloy.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight for large orders, Western Union for sample fees.
Q: Which Incoterms do you work with?
A: EXW, FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF, DDP.

Q: Do you provide Mill Test Certificate?
A: Yes, EN 10204 3.1 MTC supplied with every batch. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) available.

🚚 Packing & Shipping
Q: How do you package stainless steel pipes?
A: Standard: wooden cases/pallets with moisture-proof film. For bright/BA/EP tubes: single-piece plastic bag, nitrogen-filled for EP. Export-worthy seaworthy packing.
Q: Can you ship by sea / air / express?
A: Yes. Sea FCL/LCL, air freight, DHL/FedEx/UPS for samples.
